I recently stayed at the Euphoria Resort for a week-long vacation and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch and the check-in process was smooth and contactless. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the well-maintained pool and the children's waterland, which my kids absolutely loved. The family room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The highlight for me, however, was the food. The all-inclusive option offered a variety of healthy options and high-quality ingredients. The breakfast was colorful and tasty, and the themed dinners provided a great variety of choices, even including vegan options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was restocked and clean. Lastly, as a sports enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped gym.

As a tourist, I loved the hotel's amazing pool, which was a whopping 220 meters long! The modern and clean facilities were top-notch and our room had all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shared pool was a great bonus. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the provided toiletries were plentiful. The buffet food, although typical for all-inclusive resorts, was probably the best we've had, and the wine list was impressive with local Cretan wines served by the bottle. The highlight of our dining experience was the Grill restaurant, where the salmon was the best I've ever tasted. The poolside drinks were fantastic and the towel service was on point. The waterpark with thrilling slides was another fantastic highlight, and we enjoyed delicious souvlaki there. The staff were friendly and catered well to families, making our trip a memorable one. a nice hotel that mostly lives up to a 5-star rating.

We had an amazing time at Euphoria Resort! The pools were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the water park with its four fun slides was a big hit with our family. The staff provided great service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful and provided a wonderful backdrop for our vacation. it was a great experience.

While the food was okay, there was room for improvement. We found that some dishes lacked seasoning and had sat for too long.

Wow! What an amazing experience! The rooms were so comfortable with big beds that made us feel right at home. The shared pool was also a great size, and the water park was just what we needed for a fun-filled day. We loved the large pool and how it created a happy vibe all around the hotel. The variety of food at the buffet was great and we appreciated that it changed daily. We even got to try some delicious local dishes! The cocktail selection was amazing too and the intriguing wine list was a pleasant surprise. we had a great time during our stay.

The entry door wasn't as soundproof as we would have expected. We could hear noises from the service room below us, which was rather inconvenient.

Our stay was enjoyable with excellent location amenities such as the beach bar and two A la Carte restaurants. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and unique modern amenities. The bathroom layout was odd, with no privacy, but the shower was great. The staff provided great service with an excellent breakfast and good spread at the main restaurant. The Guest Relations were very helpful and went out of their way to assist. We can recommend the hotel to families with waterslides and beautiful sea views.

The lighting system was an inconvenience with no control panel or remote control, leading to a lack of privacy and intimacy in the bathroom area.

Spent Christmas at this luxurious resort and it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. They had a variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, making it a great culinary adventure. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond. The location was breathtaking with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Another perk was the spa services. I loved my massage and facial and felt like a new person after.

That there were too many families with loud children, making it difficult to relax at all times. the room was a bit small for the price and the bathroom layout was a little strange.

The location was right off the main open area and close to a beach bar, and the view from my room facing the sea was breathtaking. Also, the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the all-inclusive options felt upmarket.

Outdoor Cycling and Hiking were interesting, especially for someone lazy like me. Loved the SouvLucky snack bar, perfect for cheating on my diet. Everything was free, so I felt like a VIP. The War Museum was a proud display of old stuff.

I was thrilled to find ants in my room, what a delightful surprise!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to stay at the resort after check-out time and use all the facilities until our evening flight. The service was exceptional, whether we were by the pool, at the beach, or at the front desk. The rooms were very comfortable, the pool was wonderful, and the food was of very high quality. The resort's WiFi was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise, especially for Greece. Our kid had a blast on the water slides, and we enjoyed dining at the A La Carte restaurants, with the Chef's Grill being our favorite.

The room had a stunning sea view, ample space, and was quiet. The resort had modern architecture and thoughtful design. The service, food, pools, and drinks were all enjoyable. The guest relations team went above and beyond.

The venue is exquisite, with luxurious amenities that made our stay unforgettable. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, always friendly and attentive. The Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, with a variety of treatments including a sauna, steam room, ice fountain, and Jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with a beautiful garden area, beachfront, and beach umbrellas and towels provided for guests.

The only minor issue we experienced was slow service at the poolside snack bar. However, this did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

We had a great time at the beach bar where we sipped on refreshing cocktails while enjoying the stunning view of the crystal clear waters. The A La Carte restaurants offered a mouthwatering array of dishes, especially the salmon at the Grill restaurant. One of the highlights was the waterland with its fun and exciting slides, perfect for both kids and adults alike. We also appreciated the towel service and the abundance of sunbeds available.

The gym's opening hours were quite limited, making it difficult for us to fit in a workout during our stay.
